Sustainable Building Solutions™ Education Team
Sustainable Building Solutions’™ Green Team has given over 80 presentations on sustainability and LEED in the commercial construction industry, and was named the 2008 Educator of the Year by WI Builder Magazine. SBS’ team of LEED Accredited Professionals have the experience and insight to guide you through your continuing education credits.
David Dell’Agnese
David is the Sustainability Education Director for SBS and Co-Chair of the WGBA Education Committee. Dave has given presentations at the WGBA’s SE2 conference, Associated General Contractors Association of WI, the subcontractors Association of Southeastern Wisconsin, and regularly teaches an ongoing LEED Accredited Professional training and study session every Monday evening at Hunzinger Construction University. David has also co-authored two LEED case studies in the Journal of Green Building for both LEED-CI platinum Hunzinger Construction University and the LEED-CI Gold Hunzinger Construction Corporate Headquarters projects.
Phil Vetterkind
Phil Vetterkind is the Director of Sustainable Building Solutions™. As a LEED Accredited Professional Phil has worked on over 20 LEED projects including LEED-NC, LEED-CI, LEED-EBOM, LEED ND and LEED for Homes. Phil is an elected board member of the WGBA (Wisconsin Green Building Alliance) and Heartland Regional Council Representative
for the USGBC.
Frank Falsetti
Frank is Sustainable Building Solutions™ Business Development (BD) Associate; he is responsible for the establishment of new business opportunities as well as improvement of existing client relations for the purpose of growing the firm’s business base. Frank is also the SE Wisconsin IFMA Chapter Sustainability Liaison. Frank has given presentations at the Associated General Contractors Association of WI, and regularly teaches an ongoing LEED Accredited Professional training and study session every Monday evening at Hunzinger Construction University. Frank is a member of the Green Team and a LEED Accredited Professional.
