Sustainable Building Solution is acting as the LEED Consultant for the Gateway West Sustainable I. project located in the Gateway West Commerce Center. The new development with be approximately 34,000 s.f., with potential future expansion up to approximately 37,000 s.f.

Environmental Systems Inc., (ESI) presently headquartered in Pewaukee, will be relocating to Brookfield as the primary tenant within the new facility. ESI designs and supports total building management systems including building controls, automation, security, life safety, building operations and energy management systems.

The future corporate headquarters is a LEED Registered project and will submitted for LEED Certification upon completion.
