Poblocki Sign Company has achieved LEED for Existing Buildings Operations and Maintenance (LEED-EBOM) certification for its 106,605 sf facility in West Allis, WI.  Poblocki's facility is the 5th building in Wisconsin to receive LEED-EBOM certification.  Sustainable Building Solutions (SBS) acted as a LEED consultant by assisting in the certification process with Poblocki's Green Team.  SBS provided LEED-EBOM project delivery and building certification administration.

Following the LEED-EBOM certification process, Poblocki Sign has discovered ways to:

• Lower utility and water consumption costs
• Improve health, comfort and productivity of their employees
• Reduce pollution and landfill waste
• Identify additional recycling and other efforts that will reduce cost streams associated with building operations and reduce environmental impacts
