Sustainable Building Solutions acted as the LEED Consultant to Hunzinger Construction Company who was selected by HSI Development Partners LLC as the General Contractor for a 160,000 square-foot light industrial building, which is located in Milwaukee's Menomonee Valley Industrial Center.

HSI Development has leased the $10 million building to trade show display maker Derse Exhibits Inc., which moved to the valley from Wauwatosa. HSI Development bought the 8.1-acre from the city for $971,000.
