Franklin Energy is pursuing its first LEED certification at their new Port Washington offices located on second floor of the former Smith Bros. Fish Shanty restaurant building located in the Smith Brothers Building.   Franklin Energy is pursuing LEED-CI (Commercial Interiors) certification.

 Sustainable Building Solutions is working with Franklin Energy as a LEED consultant.  SBS is providing services to establish the goals, facilitate the purchasing of LEED compliant materials, and collection of the LEED submittal documentation.
