Summary: Hunzinger will build LEED-NC Certified facility in Valley

Glendale development firm HSI Development Partners LLC announced it has chosen Hunzinger Construction Co. as the general contractor for a 160,000-square-foot light industrial building to be built in Milwaukee's Menomonee Valley Industrial Center.

HSI Development will lease the $10 million building to trade show display maker Derse Inc., which is moving to the valley from Wauwatosa. HSI Development bought the 8.1-acre from the city for $971,000. Sustainable Building Solutions is acting as the consultant to the general contractor.
